Online Check In

You will need to Check In online before storing to ensure you have provided a valid form of ID and the true value of your goods stored. We do require you to provide photo identification for example, a driving license or passport, as an extra form of security, as we want you to feel as safe a possible whilst using our facilities.

 

We will also ask you to declare the true value of your goods stored to ensure you have selected the right cover option and are insuring your belongings correctly whilst storing with Storebox.

Once you have completed your booking, we will send you an email and text with a link to Check in online: https://booking.storebox.ie/check-in/ . The information we will need is:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Address
  • True Value of Your Goods
  • Photo Identification

 

We will also ask you to agree to our Terms and Conditions. You can find a link to these on the form or follow the link here: https://www.storebox.ie/terms-conditions/.

We do require you to provide photo identification in the form of a driving license or passport as an example. This is a standard practice when using self-storage as it is an extra form of security and we want you to feel as safe a possible whilst using our facilities.

 

If you do not have any photo identification, please call us on 01-5065525 or email [email protected] and we will try to find a solution.

Once you book, you will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the Online Check In. You can also find this here: https://booking.storebox.ie/check-in/. You can complete this form from any device with access to the internet. Your device will also need access to a copy of a valid form of ID or to a camera to capture and upload this.

 

We will also ask you to declare the true value of your goods stored to ensure you have the right cover options and are insuring your belongings correctly whilst storing with Storebox.

Of course! If you need to amend any details, please request a new Online Check In form from our support team by calling 01-5065525. We will then send a new link over in a text or email for you to complete. If you need to update your unit cover and true value of your goods, you can do so by simply emailing us at [email protected] and our team will assist you from there. It is your responsibility to update any details on your account whilst storing with Storebox.

If you need to update the value of your goods, you can request a new Online Check In form from our support team by calling 01-5065525. We will then send a new link over in a text or email for you to complete. You can also update your unit cover and/or true value of your goods, by simply emailing us at [email protected] with the new amount and our team will assist you from there. It is your responsibility to update any details you have provided.

When you book storage with Storebox, you will receive an Online Check In form via email and text. You will need to complete this form before you start storing. One of the fields will ask you to declare your true goods value. Don’t worry, it only takes a couple of minutes!
